You have to be a church, chapel, youth club, or any non profitmaking organisation that helps the young in society to be eligable. 

We will produce a website for you for free, and host it on the internet.

We have to, at the present time, August 2009, restrict it to one applicant a month.

But If you have someone who has an understanding of web design, we can assist and give you access to our hosting sites
